David Rice (Hayden Christensen) found that he could move himself to anywhere at the split of a second. He thought he could rob a bank and do something better in the future. Roland (Samuel L.Jackson) tried to hunt down David. He later found Griffin (Jamie Bell) who also had the same ability, and had been escaping from people like Roland for a long time. David took her high school sweetheart Millie (Rachel Bilson) to Rome, and was hunted by Roland's people. Eventually, Griffin helped David to escape...
The film probably appeals to teens and people at their early twenties. There is a lot of CG in the film, but the story is weak. There is no character in the story that the audience would like: Rice is a bank robber, Millie does not do much, Griffin is neurotic, and Roland is a killer. The film is entertaining but apart from that it is not much.
