<怪俠多羅羅>是日本人的情義結，是對手塚治虫的尊祟。故事是手塚在上個世紀的創作。以那個年代來看，他是舉世天才。但時至今日才將之拍成電影，故事已變為笑話。以手塚的名氣，不難吸引到當紅明星主演。雖然妻夫木聰才是主角，但其角色未有太大發揮機會。反之柴崎幸以往只演譯文靜的角色，今次的巴辣妹倒為觀眾帶來新鮮感。
全片的節奏輕快。日本導演開始明白整天說教是會嚇怕觀眾的。片末留下拍攝續集的伏線，希望續集的妖怪能夠細緻點，不致令觀眾睇到妖妖聲。
