North Korean pirate Sin robbed an American ship "Typhoon" with warhead. South Korea marine Se-jong was assigned to investigate the case. Sin was denied entry during his flee into South Korea when he was young, and he was separated from his sister during the flee, so he hated all the people in South Korea. His plan was to use the American ship to spread nuclear dust into South Korea…

The film is quite intense and entertaining, but somehow I found it not at the top. Se-jong's let Sin to escape at least 2 times because he felt pity on Sin for Sin's early year misfortune. However, who would risk his countrymen's life just because of that?

In sum, not a bad film but lack luster.
