Han Ie (Park Ji Bin)'s brother Han Byul (Suh Dae Han) was found having tumor in his brain. Han Byul was forced to stay in the hospital where he made a new friend Wook Ie (Chae Woo Hyuk). Han Ie gave Han Byul his beloved trump card, but Han Byul gave the card to Wook Ie, making Han Ie angry. However, as Han Ie and Wook Ie had more time together, they became friends. Han Byul's condition suddenly turned bad, Han Ie was desperate to help Han Byul...

Based on a true story, the story of the film is about friendship and more importantly the love between two brothers. The director had successfully made the film an emotional one (and yes, many girls would cry in the theater watching the film). That is partly due to the acting of the child actors. The acting of the 3 main child actors is excellent, especially the talented Park Ji Bin, making the film very good to watch.

The ending of the film is a tragic one. Korean writers are famous for writing tragic ending and they are willing to kill any of the protagonists. So, beware!
