Yossi and Jagger is the shortest non-animation feature films that I have ever seen. It is also the first Israeli film I watched. The story is about a gay couple, Yossi (Ohad Knoller) and Jagger (Yehudi Levi), in the Israeli army. The film talks about more than their relationship, but touched a lot on the lives of the soldiers in Israel, and also the danger they face every day.

The film seems to be a bit over-rated as discussed among some critics. It has a lot to show, but the story line is a bit weaker than expected. What stirred up all the discussion is that the film shows that Israeli soldiers are people, too, not all are those what you see in Pearl News Magazine.
