《野蠻師姐》可說是集合了《我的野蠻女友》及《假如愛有天意》最剎食的地方。雖然新鮮感欠奉，但全片節奏輕鬆明快，兩小時全無冷場，而且此片計算準確，完全掌握到觀眾所需要的，預計不難蓋過上述兩片的鋒頭。全智賢再一次以演技証明她絕非只靠外表去取悅觀眾，而張赫亦演得恰到好處。
導演郭在容於此片間中會運用特別的拍攝技巧。雖不致於創新，但亦可令觀眾感受到他的誠意。
筆者覺得全智賢應見好就收，不要再野蠻下去。但不野蠻，應該演什麼類型的女人呢？這問題留給一眾韓國導演思考吧。
