The story of Six Strong Guys talks about the lights at the other end of the tunnel kind of thing. It starts with 4 guys trying to jump from the top of the roof of a tall building, and then explores the opportunities in life of the 6 main characters of the film.
The film is mildly amusing, although there is a strong message around the story. Thanks to the screenwriting that the message is not forced to the audience in every scene. The acting of the protagonists basically passed. It is convincing enough to let the audience enjoy the film, but nothing surprising in this department, though.
The ending is not completely a happy one, as one of the protagonists died untimely. Nevertheless, that makes the film less ordinary and more artful. On the whole, it is quite a good Hong Kong film. It is worth your time.
