A criminal robbed innocent people's kidneys. Chi Ching (Sinjie Lee), who had kidney problems, thought the criminal was Suen Ling (Karena Lam). Ching found out that Ling was her boyfriend (Andy Hui)'s mistress. Later, Ling saved Ching's life from another suspect, and they became friends. Ching received a call from the criminal who tried to kill her who offered her a kidney for $600,000. During the transaction, police came of the situation became a chaos. It turned out that Ling was somebody not what Ching thought she was.

The selling point of the film is the two protagonists: Karena Lam and Sinjie Lee. In this respect, the audience should be quite satisfied. Both actresses did their best in the acting. The story is in the genre of suspense. To a certain degree, it is successful in making the audience to think: what's next? However, the script on the whole is far less than a success. The motivation of the characters to do certain things is unreasonable or too much to the extreme. Some parts of the dialog is also very poorly written, making those parts look like kids' stuffs.

A word of caution: some scenes are going to make you sick and could give you a sleepless night. Be careful.
