Remy (Remy Girard) in Quebec was about to die of cancer. His son Sebastian (Stephane Rousseau) flew back home from London to take last good care of Remy. Sebastian paid large sum of money to renovate an abandoned part of the hospital for his father, paid Remy's students to see Remy, and asked Remy's old lovers to visit Remy. He also bought crack for Remy to alleviate Remy's pain. In the end, Remy planned to die of euthanasia...
The film also accuses the Canadian medical system, which is largely affected by workers' unions, as being wasteful and inefficient. Although the themes of the film are quite a serious topic, it is quite relaxing to watch the film.
The film portrays Remy as man regretful about his past as a womanizer, and Sebastian as the son who had to explore his love towards his father. Both Girard and Rousseau performed excellently in their respective roles.
