Max Burdett (Pierce Brosnan) and Lola Cirillo (Salma Hayek) were retired master thieves. FBI Agent Stanley Lloyd (Woody Harrelson), who was unsuccessful in catching the couple in the past, went to the resort they were staying in. Stanley told Max that "Diamond Cruise" had a big diamond exhibiting in it and was nearby. He went on to say that he knew Max was going to steal the diamond and so he was prepared to catch Max. Max was now tempted to steal the diamond, but Lola reiterated to him that they had retired. It turned out that nothing was what it seemed…

If the story is a cheesy one, it does not change the fact that the film is a very entertaining one. The film starts out with a duel between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers where you would see NBA superstars like Karl Malone, Shaquille O'Neal, and Gary Payton. That's an entertaining start. The rest is filled with interesting elements that you would not feel bored in any minute. The acting of the cast is unquestionable.

In sum, if you are looking for entertainment, the film is it.
