The film is actually not a film, but 11 short films of 11 minutes 9 seconds and 1 frame each, in which the length forms a sequence of numbers that resembles the date when the World Trade Centers in New York fell. Each short is made by a different director from a different country, and each one reflects the filmmaker's feeling towards the September 11 incident. The stories we heard about the incident was mainly from the viewpoint of Americans. We might have heard some more neutral view from British or Qatar (the famous Al Jazeera) sources, but still we have heard very little from people from the rest of the world. The directors tell their stories from their own perspectives, and some of the stories are pretty enlightening.

Out of the 11 shorts, I have stronger feeling towards the following:

  1. Iran: A female teacher in Iran (a Muslim country) told her young students about the incident and asked them to give the victims a minute of moment of silence.
  2. India: A young man from Pakistan was missing after 9/11 and was considered as a terrorist, while in reality he was a completely different person.
  3. U.K.: A Chilean wrote a letter to the American people about Chile's 911 which happened on September 11, 1973 (also a Tuesday), exactly 28 years before the fall of the Twin Towers, when their elected president was killed by US's jetfighter.

A word of caution, though: some scenes can be quite disturbing.
