The story is kind of simple and sounds quite like a fairy tale. Actually, I was so distracted by the technical part of the animation that I almost could not figure out what the story was about. The animation looked like it was rendered by two completely different machines for different scenes. The landscape (3-D) images were very detailed. The images of the people (2-D) were different from other animation films in that colors were not separated with lines. There were significant difference in the two sets, especially in the frame rate. 3-D images were running at full speed of 24 fps, while 2-D images are running at (with my own estimation) 8 or 12 fps (effectively). Viewer will notice that the motion of the characters are not very smooth. I wonder why this is the case. Not matter what, each frame of the animation was very beautiful, and that was why I was so distracted.

People who like animation will find this very interesting. However, kids may not love it because the film is in Korean, not a language that they would understand.
