Angelique (Audrey Tautou) is an art student. She became the mistress of Loic (Samuel Le Bihan), a cardiologist. She is planning to elope with Loic, but his wife is pregnant. Later, Loic's wife had an accident and lost the baby. Angelique was going to Italy with Loic, but he did not appear in the airport. Afterwards, she lost hope in the relationship, and she lost hope in life. She turned the gas on and tried to kill herself. The interesting thing was what happened on Loic's side…

This film is another good example of a carefully planned script that deserves our admiration. The way that the story is conveyed is surprising and entertaining. The story is first told from Angelique's perspective, and then is told again in an third person's perspective, filling in all the gaps from Angelique's perspective. Unlike "Vanilla Sky", "The Others", or "Sixth Sense" when the truth is revealed in the end, the second half of the story gives you all the missing pieces, not just the truth, making the film an outstanding one in terms of the structure of the script.

Some flaws in the script make it not a perfect film, such as how Angelina's life is saved, and what she did in the rehab. But on the whole, it well deserves our money and our 90 minutes.
