Popular Film of Year 2004 Poll
今年我們在這個選舉當中收到超過4000票，比去年的票數多出1.5倍。正常來說，我們應該感到驕傲。可是，經過細心分析，我們發現有投票者投了非常多票，儘管我們已用了措施防止一人多票的問題。雖然我們有理由相信得票頭3名的電影是去年最受歡迎的頭3部電影，但我們對於得票最高的電影是否真的是去年最受歡迎的電影則有所保留，尤其是我們肯定得票頭1或2名的電影的有支持者投了十分多票。所以，我們現只公佈頭3名得票最多的電影。結果如下（以上影先後次序排列）：
This year, we have received more than 4000 votes for the yearly poll, which is about 2.5 times the number of the previous year. We should have been glad about it. However, when we analyzed the votes and the result of the poll, we found that, despite the security measures we have to prevent multiple votes from the same computer, it is obvious that some voters cast many votes. Although we believe that the 3 films
which received the most votes were the top 3 most popular films of the year, we have hesitation to declare the film with most votes the winner because of the unfairness cast by some supporters of the 1 or 2 films with the most votes. Therefore, we are only announcing the top 3 most popular films. Here is the result, in chronological order of the release date:
對於那些投了很多票的用家，我們僅借此機會多謝他們的支持，因為他們的行為反映了用家們對此選舉的重視。但同時我們想讓他們知道他們的做法其實幫不到他們的偶像或他們喜歡的電影，因為我們在無可奈何的情況下會再次不宣佈勝出的電影。
For those who cast more than one votes in the poll, we would like to thank their support for the poll because their behavior reflects how much people care about the result of our polls. However, we would like them to know that their behavior is not helping thier idols or favorite films as we may have to declare no winner again in the future as the Year 2004 poll when we find a similar case happening.
