李誠宰參演過的電影包括《Ghost in love》(1998)、《加油站突擊事件》(1999)、《愛情倒後鏡》(1999)、《一天》(2000)、《綁架門口狗》(2000)、《Kick the Moon》(2001)、《Public Enemy》(2001)、《Ice Rain》(2002)、《Dance with the Wind》(2004)、《Shin Suk-ki Blues》(2004),當中李誠宰更於1999年憑《愛情倒後鏡》奪得「大鐘獎男新人獎」及「青龍電影節男新人獎」。

PROLOGUE
The memory of love is more painful
than waiting for love's return.
She sees his face in everyone she meets.
She keeps his memory alive in her heart.
She is … Hye-young.
A love that comes too late
is more sorrowful
than love that never comes at all.
By realizing his love too late,
he missed his chance to be with her.
Only after being pushed to the edge
is he able to recognize the fragile flower
shivering in his heart.
He is … Jeong-woo.
Not being able to voice one's love
is more unbearable
than confessing it.
Standing inside an endless tunnel,
he tries to calm his racing heart.
Every day he searches for the secret garden
invisible to his heart.
He is … Park-yi.

Korean Actors & Korean Script,
the Director and Staff of Infernal Affairs,
shot on location in the Netherlands…
The most ambitious project ever in Asian filmmaking!
Lately, the Korean film industry has been looking toward globalization. Despite Korea's acclaimed scripts, superb actors and award-winning productions, Korean movies have struggled with the nation's small size. In order to continue to grow and thrive, the Korean film industry today needs to take its stories to the world and speak to a global audience.
Thanks to the Korean cultural wave, Korea has risen as the leading trendsetter in TV production and moviemaking in Asia, and Jun Ji-hyun, Jung Woo-sung, and Lee Sung-jae are three of the country's biggest stars.
Add to this powerful threesome a screenplay written by director Kwak Jae-yong (famous for his movies My Sassy Girl, The Classic, and Windstruck), the directing skills of Andrew Lau (Infernal Affairs) and his staff, and the flair of Europe's prime production company, the Netherlands-based Barking Dog Films, and the result is DAISY, an action-melodrama extravaganza set to awe and amaze not only audiences in Korea, but across the whole of Asia… and beyond.
This unique blend of talents - the best of Korea, Hong Kong and the Netherlands - makes DAISY one of the most international projects ever to come out of Asia. Its thrilling action and touching love story are sure to make DAISY the must-see hit of the new year.
2.
0% Sets, 100% Overseas Location
The Most Daring Adventure to Date in the Melodrama Genre!
DAISY was filmed completely on location in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. While not as well known to audiences perhaps as Paris, New York, London, and Rome, Amsterdam's unique character and charm make it an ideal and fresh location.
This is the site where the touching story of DAISY's young lovers unfolds. Where drug dealers, cool criminals, and international law enforcement agents fight fiercely in the streets and on the water. Where antique shops line the streets and fields of daisies sway in the warm sun.
Because of Amsterdam's long, sunny days in summer, DAISY needed just two-thirds the amount of artificial lighting that is typically used on a shoot like this. By relying more on natural light, the movie has a more delicate quality, like an Impressionist painting. In a world where special effects and technology are the order of the day, the natural, gentle tones of DAISY will melt through the screen and touch audiences everywhere.
3.
Jun Ji-hyun! Jung Woo-sung! Lee Sung-jae!
Three Stars Set To Move the World
Jun Ji-hyun, popular for her roles in My Sassy Girl (the biggest-selling Korean movie ever in Hong Kong, earning 14 million HK dollars) and Windstruck (the most successful Korean film ever in Japan, earning $20 million), is one of the most popular Korean actresses around Asia. And both Jung Woo-sung and Lee Sung-jae are well known for their vating charm.
Director Andrew Wai Keung Lau - who has worked with such popular Asian stars as Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung - has praised Korearee stars as young, beautiful, and vibrant.
In DAISY, these three actors play characters who all experience a deep love the likes of which few have ever imagined, different from your typical melodrama. Instead of just waiting for love's return, Jun Ji-hyun takes action, seeking out her love and doing whatever it takes to protect that special bond. Instead of confessing his love, Jung Woo-sung plays an assassin, a deadly killer who must hide his love and endure his pain silently. Instead of remaining true to the appearance of love, Lee Sung-jae is forced to undergo a confusing chaos that transforms his entire life.
Lee Sung-jae and Jung Woo-sung have worked tirelessly to transform themselves into action heroes, while Jun Ji-hyun portrays a complicated and challenging character who will surprise audiences everywhere.
4.
World-Famous Action Specialists
A Spectacular Scene that Turns a City Upside Down
The Biggest Challenge in the History of Korean Action Movies
Transcending John Woo's famously slick action schemes, Infernal Affairs' Andrew Lau has been praised as the greatest action specialist today. By adding a dramatic love story to the spectacular noir action sequences, Lau creates unprecedented emotional depth in his riveting story.
The breathtaking action scenes set against the backdrops of Amsterdam's city square, its ports, and its antique buildings highlight the stylish filming techniques of famed director Lau.
In DAISY, director Lau once again works together with his close accomplice Dion Lam, the renowned action choreographer, famous in Hollywood for his work in Spiderman 2 and Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions. Lau also reunited with the stuntmen who provided all the action for Infernal Affairs, and the production staff of the Netherlands company who participated in the films The Bourne Identity and Ocean's Twelve.
DAISY, the first movie ever to show Lee Sung-jae and Jung Woo-sung facing off, in taut duel to the death, created new challenges for these two actors. The two men underwent rigorous firearms training as they sought to reshape themselves into an international detective and an assassin.
When you put all of these exciting and groundbreaking feats together, there can be no doubt about it - the most thrilling, most emotional film of the year is DAISY.
SYNOPSIS
It is autumn in Amsterdam…
A man with a cold soul who smells of gunpowder and a man as warm as the sunshine of spring meet a very special woman…
The woman is Hye-young (Jun Ji-hyun), a young Korean artist who paints portraits in the city square, while dreaming of one day holding a solo exhibition of her works. She is a stranger in this city, and Hye-young's only source of strength is the memory of her first love.
Then she meets a new man - well, almost meets him. She never really sees his face, but after giving him a drawing of a daisy, he responds by having a pot of daisies delivered to her door every day. Could this be the start of a new love for the lonely young artist?
At the same time, however, a second man enters Hye-young's life, a stranger who keeps coming to her, asking for her to draw his portrait.
That man she has been drawing is Jeong-woo (Lee Sung-jae), an international agent based in Amsterdam. He first approached Hye-young while in the line of duty, but was immediately mesmerized by her charms and beauty. She quickly assumed that he was the one giving her daisies and begins to fall for him. Jeong-woo knows that he is not the one in Hye-young's heart, but he feels he must stay quiet about the truth or lose her love forever.
Park Yi (Jung Woo-sung) is really the one giving her flowers, the man Hae-young has been waiting for. He is forced to watch painfully as Hae-young and Jeong-woo nurture their love, unable to intervene - being an assassin, Yi is forbidden to have emotions and weaknesses such as love. Yi knows the rules for people with a terrible calling such as his, but he can't seem to forget this amazing love…
Finally, destiny brings all of their paths together, when Park Yi gets his next assignment for assassination - and discovers it is Jeong-woo.
