由於李秉憲夥同崔智友拍攝此片，當中兩人又不乏親熱鏡頭，因而鬧出他們舊情復熾的緋聞，還傳聞引致李秉憲及宋慧喬正式分手。

改編荷里活劇本
《1屋誘心人》故事改編自荷李活電影《引郎入室》（About Adam），同樣是一男對三女的浪漫性感喜劇。張賢洙導演透過電影中四位主角糾纏不清的瞹昧關係，表達現實中不同性格女性，同時追求完美愛情的夢想，她們為找到真愛而不顧一切。在男性角度上，為女性營造了一個對女性心態瞭如指掌的完美俊男。
最佳情人李秉憲
35歲的李秉憲，是近期韓流人氣偶像之一。他自90年代初，參加KBS電視台第14期訓練班出道後，演藝事業平步青雲．最初在電視圈走紅，於９５年開始闖影壇，由最佳新人，最佳男演員到最受歡迎韓流明星，李秉憲的演技，迷人俏臉和健碩身型，都是一眾女性對其傾慕之因。於03年與崔智友合演韓劇《美好的日子》更風靡亞洲各地影迷，成為亞洲巨星．而今年參與著名導演金知雲執導新戲《甜蜜的人生》，演技備受國際影評人士讚賞。
李秉憲今次在片中飾演情場殺手可謂駕輕就熟，與之前合作過的崔智友已有默契，和其他兩位女主角金孝貞及秋相微，亦一拍即合。

韓國愛情天后崔智友
三年前與裴勇俊合演韓劇"冬日戀曲"紅遍亞洲，成為新一代亞洲愛情天后的崔智友，因為在多部電視劇的玉女角色深入民心，近年更活躍於影壇及廣告界，不論男女老少，對她一樣著迷。
上次她在《美好的日子》與李秉憲合作後，今次兩人演出可謂駕輕就熟，除了她跟李有多個親熱場面外，她更在銀幕上作出有史以來首次性感的演出，包括床上戲、穿上吊帶衣裙出現銀幕。
繼《1屋誘心人》後，她在銀幕上還有《連理枝》及《無影劍》的演出；而且更參與了日韓群星演出的電視劇《輪舞曲》，崔更會與竹野內豐譜出一段異地情緣，劇本則由日本著名編劇北川悅吏子撰寫。

感性演繹秋相微
畢業於弘益大學的秋相微，正式進軍大銀幕前曾參與多項舞台劇演出。96年參與張善宇導演執導電影《花瓣》入行，之後參與多部劇集及電影演出。因為她剛柔並濟的外表和獨特氣質，加上豐富的演出經驗，一直成為銀幕"搶手貨"。今次則是第二度跟張導演合作．

影壇新貴金孝貞
只有21歲的金孝貞，99年成為韓國雜誌"Cindy the Perky"封面女郎後，被發掘入行。憑著模特兒身材及一張可愛面孔，獲行內人士垂青，參與電視劇及電影演出機會接二連三，在韓國更被譽為全知賢的接班人。而今次她在片中與李秉憲親熱戲演出大膽，表現自然，演技獲一致好評。

Synopsis
Secret Affairs between a Man and Three Sisters!
No thank-you, Mr. Innocence!
The third sister of the family, Mi-young, is a liberalist when it comes to love. She sings at a jazz club for a living. Sang-il has his heart set on Mi-young, who, on the other hand, isn't attracted to the innocent type. One day, upon seeing Su-hyun walking into the bar, she falls in love. His chiseled face and good manners have her head over heels. "He's all I have dreamed for. I'm so gonna have him!"

From love to sex, the second sister of the family, Sun-young, depends on books. She's a 27-year-old graduate student. She believes that love comes like lightning. Seeing her sister's boyfriend coming into the house, she feels electrocuted as if struck by lightning. "He's my sister's man, but I want him!"

Jin-young is the first sister of the family. Sex is neither as good nor often as it was before the marriage. Her husband ignores her in bed. For her, love is a forgotten word. A new kid on the block - JUN Jae-hyung
He made her feature film debut with <Wet Dreams>, a smashing hit in 2002. Though the conventional standards might not categorize him as good-looking, he's a young actor with great potential. He says he wants to be a great supporting actor in years to come who brings the film up a level with his existence in it. In <Everybody Has Secrets>, he delivers his character marvelously, spicing up the fun of the film.

He gets dumped by his girlfriend, Mi-young, even though he was cheating on her. Nevertheless, he won't give up on her, keeping his distance, watching her quietly. He's no match for Su-hyun, when it comes to girls' choice in men. However, he believes in true romance and love. A successful singer, TAK Jae-hoon shows his hidden talents as an actor on the big screen.

They're second-to-none when it comes to acting in Korea
Since the film is categorized as a romantic sex comedy about three sisters and one guy who loves them all, the chemistry on the set was more important than ever. LEE Byung-heon, playing the character of Su-hyeon who falls in love with all three sisters, delivers a 21st-century-like romance with his childlike smile. His performance was natural, perfect in preventing the film from falling into the trap of a cheesy, cheap sex flick. Furthermore, CHOO Sang-mi, CHOI Ji-woo, and KIM Hyo-jin successfully gave themselves new images by playing characters unfamiliar to themselves. Playing the first sister named Jin-young, CHOO Sang-mi took on the image of a calm and serious woman in her previous work. Through the role of the second sister named Sun-young, CHOI Ji-woo showed off the provocative image of hers that nobody had ever associated her with. And KIM Hyo-jin pulled off the character of Mi-young successfully, the most liberal sister of the three.

The intimate secret that's never been revealed
<Everybody Has Secrets> can be described as a close tug of war between three women and one man. One of the reasons that the film is put on the spotlight is the fact that all these four stars, gaining wide acceptance throughout Asia, performed sexy scenes that they had never done in any of their previous work. However, what gave the film so much media attention wasn't the fact they took off their clothes in the film, but that they expressed the hidden desires of each and every character in such an erotic and radical sense, which gives the audience thrills and satisfaction.

To convey the fun and taste of the original film, the best film writers were put into the project, KIM Young-chan of <Married into the Mafia>, and KIM Hee-jae of <Shilmido>. KIM Young-chan wrote the script, and his credentials include <Angel and Lumberjack> and <Married into the Mafia>. KIM Hee-jae, who dramatized the script, was the main writer for <Shilmido> that made an epoch in the Korean film history.

Original Music, SHIM Hyun-jung
She gained the attention for the theme music of her own composition for <Old Boy>. She started her career as a film music director with her participation in <Ardor> and <H>. She's known to excel in maximizing the emotions of the characters using both stringed and wind instruments. In <Everybody Has Secrets>, she focused on differentiating the individual characters by using tango and Bossa Nova music.
Production Designer, JANG Yeon-sun
As the production designer of the film, she focused on contrasting the secretive house of three sisters and Su-hyeon's rather open place. She used white wallpaper and antique furniture for the sisters' house, and adopted an abstract structure and modern interior for Su-hyeon's place. She used different props for different characters.
