故 事 簡 介
阿 坤 和 小 黑 等 人 是 一 群 喜 愛 踢 球 的 鄉 村 孩 童 ， 為 了 爭 取 代 表 自 己 的 甘 榜 參 加 來 臨 的 全 國 少 兒 足 球 賽 ， 他 們 決 定 和 明 順 的 隊 伍 結 合 共 用 資 源 練 球 ， 但 無 奈 雙 方 在 球 藝 和 戰 略 上 都 各 持 己 見 ， 最 後 分 道 揚 鑣 各 練 各 的 。 。
倒 楣 的 阿 坤 在 一 個 偶 然 的 情 況 下 把 妹 妹 的 鞋 子 弄 不 見 ， 為 了 別 讓 本 來 已 經 很 多 經 濟 問 題 的 爸 爸 媽 媽 擔 心 ， 妹 妹 決 定 不 告 訴 父 母 ， 但 是 要 哥 哥 儘 快 解 決 問 題 。
阿 坤 因 此 一 時 之 間 面 臨 了 兩 個 棘 手 的 問 題 ， 一 是 為 自 己 找 一 雙 球 鞋 ， 二 是 為 妹 妹 找 回 她 的 鞋 。 。 。
造 化 弄 人 ， 儘 管 阿 坤 把 找 尋 妹 妹 鞋 子 的 事 放 在 第 一 ， 可 是 阿 坤 怎 樣 都 找 不 回 妹 妹 的 鞋 子 ， 只 好 和 妹 妹 暫 時 公 家 穿 自 己 僅 存 的 破 爛 鞋 ， 兩 人 分 別 在 上 午 班 下 午 班 共 穿 一 雙 鞋 ， 因 為 這 樣 ， 哥 哥 經 常 遲 到 。
除 了 面 對 明 順 球 隊 配 備 齊 全 的 訓 練 ， 阿 坤 和 小 黑 並 沒 有 氣 餒 ， 雖 然 沒 有 任 何 訓 練 的 資 源 ， 仍 然 堅 持 利 用 各 種 可 行 的 方 式 練 球 ， 毅 力 堅 定 。
挖 空 心 思 仍 然 無 法 替 妹 妹 找 回 鞋 子 ， 面 臨 秘 密 隨 時 被 揭 穿 的 壓 力 ， 哥 哥 湊 巧 的 參 加 一 個 越 野 賽 跑 ， 因 為 第 三 名 的 獎 品 是 一 雙 球 鞋 ， 哥 哥 希 望 用 可 以 拿 到 這 雙 鞋 子 送 給 妹 妹 作 為 補 償 。 。
沒 想 到 這 次 的 比 賽 ， 吸 引 來 了 各 地 的 運 動 人 才 ， 明 順 和 同 黨 也 代 表 學 校 出 賽 。 就 在 比 賽 當 天 ， 哥 哥 面 臨 最 嚴 峻 的 競 賽 ， 沒 想 到 在 另 一 邊 ， 妹 妹 也 面 臨 另 一 個 更 觸 動 人 心 的 挑 戰 。 。
這 個 故 事 要 宣 揚 的 ， 是 小 孩 之 間 最 單 純 的 愛 ， 有 了 愛 ， 不 管 在 那 裏 或 跟 什 麼 人 生 活 在 一 起 ， 任 何 一 個 角 落 都 會 充 滿 溫 情 和 溫 馨 。 。
當 然 影 片 中 也 擺 明 瞭 一 個 事 實 ， 每 一 次 的 勝 利 和 失 敗 都 不 是 最 後 的 結 局 ， 他 只 不 過 是 另 一 個 比 賽 的 開 始 ， 所 以 ， 跑 吧 ！ 孩 子 。 。 永 不 停 歇 ！
ABOUT THE CAST
Huang Wen Yong 黃 文 永 ( Kun's Father 坤 父 )
Best remembered for his role as a humble, good-as-gold, honest and courageous rubber-tapper in the station's landmark serial THE AWAKENING 霧 鎖 南 洋 , Wen Yong's uncanny portrayal coupled with the sizzling chemistry with the female lead, made this serial one of the most talked-about TV drama of all time. Wen Yong is a versatile actor who is equally adept with other roles. He has played an adulterous manager in MARRY ME 最 佳 配 偶 ; a hen-pecked miser in ANGEL OF VENGEANCE 暴 雨 狂 花 ; and a greedy and scheming businessman in GOLDEN PILLOW 金 枕 頭 . Wen Yong has also made a successful transition to comic roles, and is winning people over in droves, a fact evident by the high ratings of the successful sitcom DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY 敢 敢 做 個 開 心 人 , where he plays a wacky and stingy taxi-driver. That role also won him the Best Comedy Performer in Star Awards 2000.
In his 20-year acting career, Wen Yong released two albums, and sang the theme and interlude songs of RETURN OF THE PRINCE and NEIGHBOURS, where he was also the lead in both the shows. Besides acting, Wen Yong is also a wonderful compere. With his fluent Mandarin and quick wit, he easily brings any show alive, as apparent with PRESIDENT'S STAR CHARITY 1995, LUNAR NEW YEAR SHOW, BON APPETITE 食 指 大 動 .

Xiang Yun 向 雲 ( Kun's Mother 坤 母 )
Xiang Yun is a consummate actress who never fails to make the audience sit up and take notice of her. The thespian has acted in countless productions and garnered bags of accolades. Her versatility enables her to tackle both leading and supporting roles. She started as an actress in the Drama Training Class in the 80s. Her first major role was that of an ill-fated and long-suffering wife who was sold to Singapore in THE AWAKENING 霧 鎖 南 洋 . Her name was constantly used to helm major productions that were well received by viewers. Her efforts were recognised when she was awarded the Best Supporting Actress twice (1998 & 2000) in the station's annual Star Awards.
Not satisfied with just acting in the small screen, Xiang Yun went onto stage in the first local Chinese musical DECEMBER RAINS. She has also forayed into hosting recently and viewers' response has been favourable. Her endearing and easy-going hosting style has made her a household name. This award-winning actress made her silver screen debut in MY VALENTINE 二 月 十 四 , a Taiwanese production, followed by I NOT STUPID 小 孩 不 笨 , which is the second highest money grossing local film in Singapore.

Shawn Lee Chuang Rui 李 創 銳 ( Chew Kiat Kun 周 傑 坤 )
Shawn Lee made one of his most memorable performances in the local hit I NOT STUPID 小 孩 不 笨 where he played a talented born-artist who failed badly academically causing people to look on him as a failure. He won the Young Talent Award 青 蘋 果 獎 in the MediaCorp Star Awards 2002 for his outstanding performance in the award winning sitcom of the same name. Shawn was selected for the lead role, Ah Kun, as the demanding role required a versatile actor and performer that is adept at playing serious roles with a mix of impressive maturity and vulnerability. Shawn is currently studying in Secondary One at the Bukit Panjang Secondary School and represents his school in basketball competitions.

Megan Zheng Zhi Yun 鄭 智 允 ( Chew Seow Fang 周 小 芳 )
The long search for the female child-leading role of finally came to Megan Zheng. A serious little girl, she showed up at the audition and cried on cue. Selected among 1300 applicants during the nation-wide open auditions from September to October 2002, the 9-year old girl from Jurong Primary School stole the hearts of the director and the producers with her outstanding performance. With no prior experience, she is a natural when it comes to acting. Honest, true and real, she has the ability to jump into her character at the instance and is able to transform her emotions to shed real tears. HOMERUN will be her debut movie.
Joshua Ang 洪 賜 健 ( Tan Ming Soon 陳 明 順 )
Joshua, deemed the most handsome and cool teenager among the three leads in the movie I NOT STUPID 小 孩 不 笨 , was nominated for the Young Talent Award 青 蘋 果 獎 in the MediaCorp Star Awards 2002. Though he did not win the award eventually, he left a deep impression in the audience for his wonderful portrayal of the character, Boon Hock. Joshua is currently studying in Secondary Two at the Pasir Ris Secondary School.

Ho Wen Long 何 文 龍 ( Tan Seow Hay 陳 小 黑 )
Wen Long made his television debut at the age of eight playing the son of Xie Shao Guang and Huang Biren in the award winning Chinese television series STAND BY ME 家 人 有 約 . Since then, he has appeared in other television series like the GOD OF FORTUNE 1999 財 神 爺 and WE ARE NOT KIDDING 記 得 我 們 年 紀 小 . Effectively bilingual, Wen Long also played the leading role Robbie in the English children's drama ROBBIE AND THE BOOK OF TALES, Wilfred in RESTLESS and acted as young Phua Chu Kang in the sitcom PHUA CHU KANG PTE LTD.
HOMERUN will be Wen Long's second movie. He made his movie debut in the Taiwanese film MY VALENTINE 二 月 十 四 .

Jack Neo is the storyteller, screenplay writer and director of the movie.
The face in front and behind the extremely successful prime time variety show COMEDY NIGHT 搞 笑 行 動 and the current TOP FUN 歡 樂 巔 峰 , Jack started his TV career in 1980 and has risen through the years to become one of the most recognized faces on TV.
Having been cast in small roles in several local TV and regional films, Jack progressed into filmmaking fully when he wrote and starred in the most commercially successful local movie to date - MONEY NO ENOUGH 錢 不 夠 用 . Jack has made a total of four movies, of which he directed three of them. His strength lies in his ability to connect with the grassroots by tackling social issues with a touch of humour. He has made a connection not just with Singaporeans but audiences in Asia. A first for a Singapore movie, I NOT STUPID was released in Malaysia and Hong Kong with great success. The movie will also be released in China, Taiwan and Korea. Jack holds the record for Singapore's top three highest grossing local movies - MONEY NO ENOUGH 錢 不 夠 用 , LIANG PO PO - THE MOVIE 梁 婆 婆 重 出 江 湖 and I NOT STUPID 小 孩 不 笨 .
Jack received the Best Director Award at the 1998 Silver Screen Awards for his short film and has also recorded and produced several albums.

Daniel Yun 雲 暉 翔
Executive Producer
Executive producer Daniel Yun is the Chief Executive Officer of Raintree Pictures. He founded the company in 1998 as part of MediaCorp's efforts to focus on content development and to expand its reach to the region. He is the driving force behind the push to establish a film industry in Singapore. Under Daniel's leadership, Raintree has produced eleven movies and released eight since its inception.
Raintree's maiden project, LIANG PO PO - THE MOVIE 梁 婆 婆 重 出 江 湖 grossed over S$3m and became the third highest grossing movie in Singapore in 1999. Subsequent two movies THE TRUTH ABOUT JANE & SAM 真 心 話 and 2000AD 西 元 2000 were regional collaborations with award-winning Hong Kong filmmakers Derek Yee and Gordon Chan. In 2001, CHICKEN RICE WAR 雞 緣 巧 合 won the Discovery Award at the Toronto International Film Festival. THE TREE 孩 子 。 樹 and ONE LEG KICKING 一 腳 踢 captivated the Singapore audiences when released, taking the top spots as the number one movie in Singapore on their opening weeks. I NOT STUPID 小 孩 不 笨 became the 2nd highest grossing local movie of all times with its box office is over S$3.8 million. The movie was released in Hong Kong and had a theatrical run for 5 months. It received the Golden Torch Award 2002 by SIGNIS in Taiwan and is nominated for the Best Asian Film award in the 22nd Hong Kong Film Awards. THE EYE 見 鬼 is the highest grossing horror movie and Hong Kong movie in Singapore for the year 2002.
