公 司 業 務 下 降 ， 經 理 邀 美 玲 幫 忙 應 酬 商 客 ， 玲 逼 於 陪 往 夜 總 會 ， 並 被 逼 喝 酒 ， 兩 名 小 姐 代 解 圍 ， 因 而 結 識 DIDI 及 JOE 。 美 玲 經 濟 現 困 境 ， DIDI 真 言 笑 貧 不 笑 娼 ， 往 夜 總 會 當 兼 職 ， 陪 酒 不 賣 身 ， 若 有 問 題 更 可 為 其 排 解 ， 美 玲 已 無 選 擇 ， 寬 言 應 允 … …

TONG 常 到 夜 總 會 捧 美 玲 場 。 某 次 ， 富 商 劉 老 闆 強 行 要 美 玲 出 街 而 生 口 角 ， 得 TONG 解 圍 ， 偽 稱 已 替 美 玲 買 下 全 鐘 ， 美 玲 已 爛 醉 如 泥 ， 當 晚 與 TONG 發 生 關 係 ， 翌 日 醒 來 ， TONG 放 下 五 仟 圓 於 檯 面 上 ， 美 玲 聲 言 並 不 是 妓 女 ， 昂 然 離 去 。 因 此 ， TONG 與 美 玲 開 始 交 往 而 進 展 成 戀 人 。

某 次 ， TONG 約 美 玲 上 賭 船 耍 樂 一 晚 ， 美 玲 開 心 應 允 。 於 賭 船 上 ， 美 玲 見 到 劉 老 闆 與 TONG 等 人 在 會 議 ， 獨 自 於 船 上 遊 覽 ， 途 中 遇 見 劉 老 闆 ， 稱 讚 TONG 年 青 有 為 ， 美 玲 不 虞 有 詐 ， 與 TONG 盡 情 歡 樂 ， TONG 暗 中 竟 於 酒 中 落 葯 ， 美 玲 失 去 知 覺 ， 被 送 往 房 內 休 息 ， 劉 老 闆 為 報 當 日 之 仇 ， 奸 計 得 逞 ， 事 後 竟 留 下 支 票 和 一 張 咭 片 ， 美 玲 與 TONG 鬧 得 不 歡 。

美 玲 返 夜 總 會 ， DIDI 通 知 劉 老 板 已 替 其 買 下 整 個 月 的 全 鐘 ， 司 機 在 等 著 ， 美 玲 竟 毅 然 應 邀 ， DIDI 與 JOE 相 勸 ， 美 玲 一 意 孤 行 。 此 後 劉 老 闆 在 任 何 地 方 都 有 美 玲 在 身 邊 。 劉 雖 外 表 猥 瑣 ， 處 事 絕 不 含 糊 ， 美 玲 藉 此 皇 牌 向 TONG 展 開 報 復 ， 令 其 一 無 所 有 。

美 玲 往 找 DIDI 與 JOE ， 到 外 叫 鴨 ， 竟 是 TONG … …

Ling and Kan are lovers, however, their relationship are being challenged by their financial problems. The drop in the value of their property and huge loan causes by gambling. Ling has tried to cover the loan for Kan and this traps her in the financial difficulties. One night, Kan leaves her without any sign and the debtors come to knock on her door, Ling swears to end the relationship between herself and Kan.

One day, the Manager asks Ling to entertain their clients. They go to a Night club and Ling is forced to drink the wine. The PR, Didi and Joe drink the wine for Ling. They then become friends. They also help Ling to get a part-time job in the Night club. Ling emphasizes just to serve on table not to go out with the clients.

Ling meets Tong who comes to the club very often for her. One night, Tong help Ling out from a difficult situation that a businessman, Mr Lau, who insists to take Ling out to has further service from Ling. Ling is drunk and she sleeps with Tong that night. Tong gives her $5000 the next day. Ling refuses to take the money and she emphasizes that she is not a prostitute. Ling and Tong become lovers.

Tong invites Ling to the Casino ship, Ling finds that Mr Lau is on the ship as well and Tong talks to Mr Lau for a while. Ling does not sense anything wrong. She enjoys very much with Tong. Tong put the sleeping pill in her drink. Ling loses her conscious and is being sent to the room. When she wakes up, she finds a cheque and a name card on the table. She knows that the man with her the night is Mr Lau. She get mad with Tong.

When Ling goes back to the club, Didi informs her that Mr Lau has paid her for the whole month and his driver is waiting for her. Ling accepts the deal without considering the advice from Didi and Joe. From that day on, Ling is with Mr Lau. Ling makes use of the advantage and revenge on Tong. Tong loses all his assets and has nothing.

One day, Ling, Didi and Joe call a gigolo to have fun and the man is Tong.
