PK （ 周 星 馳 聲 演 ） 是 一 名 非 常 失 敗 的 銀 行 職 員 ， 無 論 他 恁 地 努 力 躲 避 ， 還 是 惹 上 司 特 首 （ 張 錦 程 聲 演 ） 討 厭 ， 只 好 默 默 地 承 受 老 細 派 上 的 各 款 死 貓 。

一 日 ， PK 為 了 爭 取 更 多 銀 行 客 戶 ， 經 朋 友 巨 龍 （ 田 雞 聲 演 ） 介 紹 下 ， 獨 自 前 往 一 名 退 休 摔 角 手 開 設 的 訓 練 場 找 他 ， 對 著 這 名 曾 經 叱 吒 叱 一 時 的 摔 角 手 ， PK 雖 未 能 招 徠 生 意 ， 卻 情 不 自 禁 地 開 始 了 摔 角 課 程 。

漸 漸 地 ， PK 發 現 他 能 反 擊 上 司 使 出 的 奪 命 頸 鎖 ， 更 成 功 地 嚇 退 街 上 的 小 流 氓 ， 並 獲 得 訓 練 場 的 老 闆 女 阿 榮 的 青 睞 ， 決 定 訓 練 他 成 為 新 一 代 出 色 的 摔 角 手 綽 號 ─── 茅 躉 王 。 PK 興 奮 莫 名 ， 努 力 投 入 訓 練 ， 擂 台 上 使 出 各 種 茅 招 ， 竟 成 功 打 敗 對 手 ！

可 是 ， PK 慢 慢 又 不 喜 歡 以 茅 招 取 勝 ， 他 希 望 有 一 天 能 結 結 實 實 地 擊 敗 對 手 。 阿 榮 遂 開 始 為 他 設 計 了 一 連 串 與 旗 下 摔 角 大 舊 衰 （ 谷 德 昭 聲 演 ） 的 晚 間 訓 練 ， 戴 上 老 摔 角 手 的 面 具 ， PK 決 定 參 加 世 紀 摔 角 手 大 賽 。 　

大 賽 當 日 ， PK 與 大 舊 衰 車 輪 戰 式 奮 戰 不 懈 ， PK 更 巧 被 對 手 撕 下 面 具 ， 他 老 羞 成 怒 ， 竟 向 對 手 使 出 前 所 未 見 的 招 數 ．．．

茅 躉 王 ( 前 譯 ： 反 則 王 ) 在 韓 國 上 映 曾 轟 動 一 時 ， 創 下 喜 劇 票 房 紀 錄 ， 全 年 票 房 成 績 僅 次 於 動 作 片 生 死 諜 變 。 在 去 屆 香 港 電 影 節 中 初 試 牛 刀 ， 主 角 的 爆 笑 技 倆 令 全 場 觀 眾 拍 爛 手 掌 ， 笑 得 人 仰 馬 翻 。 韓 國 波 士 對 付 下 屬 的 凶 狠 手 法 更 是 蔚 為 奇 觀 ， PK 歇 斯 底 里 地 道 出 城 中 每 位 小 白 領 心 中 的 怨 憤 ， 為 一 眾 打 工 仔 的 最 新 偶 像 。

論 搞 笑 技 巧 與 地 位 ， 周 星 馳 當 然 是 現 今 香 港 影 壇 的 喜 劇 之 王 ， 由 他 以 粵 語 演 譯 茅 躉 王 ， 實 在 不 作 第 二 人 想 。 韓 國 式 幽 默 加 上 星 爺 抵 死 傳 神 的 地 道 演 譯 ， 融 匯 兩 地 高 手 迸 出 之 爆 笑 火 花 ， 絕 對 一 新 觀 眾 耳 目 。

Dao Ho is a timid bank clerk who's not very good at his job. No matter how hard he tries he always seems to land in trouble with his bullying boss who takes all the credit for everyone else's hard work.

One day, as part of a drive to win more customers for the bank, he is sent to meet a former pro wrestler who runs a gym. Trying desperately to recruit the gym's owner, who was once famous as a masked villain of the ring, he finds himself learning how to wrestle. Despite his shyness, he starts to enjoy himself in the ring and soon becomes a regular at the gym. Suddenly he finds his boss cannot put him in a headlock anymore and the local thugs stop pushing him around.

Back at the gym, Dae Ho's abilities in the ring attract the eye of the owner's tomboy daughter, Min Young. Along with her father she decides to create a new wrestling character: The Foul King.

At first the bank clerk isn't convinced. Eventually he agrees give it a go and finds that, in the ring, he really is the Foul King. Dae Ho creates ways of cheating that no one had ever thought of as he humiliates his opponents.

However, the more he wrestles the more he becomes frustated with his role as a cheat and longs to finish off his opponents with stunning slams and throws. Dae Ho begins practicing at night after work with Min Young's help, trying to master the moves that will make him a real wrestler.

Finally, the night of his big fight comes along and Dae Ho strides into the ring having donned the tiger mask that his mentor once wore.
