少 年 馮 小 威 擁 有 第 六 感 預 測 力 ， 每 當 情 勢 危 急 時 ， 這 種 力 量 就 會 出 現 。 父 親 馮 嘉 豪 是 個 精 於 賭 術 的 賭 徒 ， 馮 小 威 自 小 就 對 賭 術 極 有 研 究 ， 再 加 上 第 六 感 ， 小 威 在 父 親 死 後 就 憑 著 賭 而 賺 錢 養 家 。
在 一 次 偶 然 機 會 下 ， 小 威 結 識 了 精 通 家 傳 風 水 術 的 少 年 鐘 志 強 ， 兩 人 決 定 以 賭 術 ， 預 測 能 力 與 風 水 結 合 ， 聯 手 共 闖 天 下 。 數 年 間 ， 馮 小 威 與 鐘 志 強 因 賭 博 而 賺 了 不 少 錢 ， 成 為 小 富 。 小 威 的 父 親 當 年 是 死 於 賭 皇 方 漢 手 上 ， 小 威 本 來 不 存 復 仇 之 念 ， 但 方 漢 四 出 行 騙 ， 小 威 為 拒 友 而 被 追 殺 ， 激 起 了 他 要 替 天 行 道 的 決 心 。
然 而 小 威 這 時 認 識 了 方 漢 女 兒 方 美 雪 ， 發 展 了 一 段 感 情 。 美 雪 知 父 親 隻 手 遮 天 ， 曾 勸 小 威 不 要 與 父 親 對 抗 ， 小 威 一 度 為 此 離 開 美 雪 ， 但 從 此 陷 入 感 情 煩 惱 ， 失 去 了 第 六 感 ； 美 雪 知 道 小 威 的 決 心 ， 決 定 支 持 小 威 ， 小 威 恢 復 了 預 測 力 ， 挑 戰 方 漢 ， 方 漢 卻 起 用 法 師 作 法 對 付 小 威 ， 最 後 小 威 與 鐘 志 強 聯 手 ， 擊 敗 法 師 ， 但 這 時 方 漢 竟 把 女 兒 擄 走 ， 令 小 威 因 陷 於 煩 惱 而 再 失 法 力 ， 眼 見 小 威 要 敗 於 方 漢 之 手 …
Fung Siu-wai possesses the sixth sense. The sixth sense emerges whenever Wai is in dangerous. His father, Fung Ka-ho was a professional gambler and Wai learns the gambling skills when he was small. After his father has dead, Wai earns the money for the whole family with his knowledge of gambling and his sixth sense.
He meets Chung Chi-keung, a professional of Feng-shui. The two have agreed to combine their own skills to growth their wealth. Wai and Keung become rich men within few years. Fong Hong, King of the Gamble who has killed Wai ' s father wants to kill Wai because Wai refuses to be his partner. Wai has never thought of revenge when Hong has killed his father. But when Wai finds out Hong is cheating people and he is running after himself to kill him, Wai has made up his mind to fight against Hong.
At the same time, Wai has met Fong Mei-shui, Hong ' s daughter and they become lover. Wai loves Mei-shui very much but he leaves her when she asks him not to against Hong, her father. Wai loses the sixth sense while he is suffering from the break up. Mei-shui goes back to Wai when she knows his persistence. With the support from Mei-shui, Wai ' s sixth sense emerges again and he starts to fight against Hong. Hong get a Master to fight against Wai but the Master is defeated by Wai and Keung. Hong then kidnaps his daughter to check on Wai. Wai loses his sixth sense again. At the moment that Wai is going to be defeated by the Master...
